Roz also was very helpful in the sale of our first home making sure we understood the process and checked all the boxes before we hit the market. We had an amazing experience with Roz, and will definitely be using her both to sell this home whenever we move (hopefully years from now!), and to buy our next home, if it's in the area. We have whatever the opposite of buyer's remorse is - we love the house more, and feel like we got a better bargain to boot, as time goes on. Aside from all the basic things you would want from a realtor, we thought Roz did a great job customizing how she interacted with us. We are data-heavy decision makers, and Roz did a great job of spotting this, then both providing us with all the info we wanted and putting it into context for us. Roz also clearly cared a lot about our home preferences, and made sure to understand what we wanted so she could help us make a smart choice. This meant a lot of time exploring options up front, but we felt like she gave us all the time we could want, and we never felt rushed or pressured during the process. We also felt great about the way she made sure we thought about all of the implications of our choice, while at the same time not imposing her own preferences. We had a weird and very fast close due to some external factors, and Roz partnered with both the lawyer and mortgage broker extremely effectively to power everything through. We can't recommend Roz strongly enough! She's amazing!
